Two days ago, the world woke up to the news that the skin care company OneTouch had been found to have paid $1 billion in bribes to governments and other companies to fix the price of some products.
The revelation was a bombshell for Australia, which has long been accused of paying too little to get its products at the top of the global cosmetic market.
The news has raised questions about the integrity of OneTouch, which was set up in 2010 by former OneTouch CEO and founder Tony Fauci.
Fauzi has pleaded not guilty to racketeering charges, while Fauli is being investigated by the Australian Federal Police for alleged bribery and money laundering.
Fauzi denies the allegations, saying he was never a member of the OneTouch board.
However, he has acknowledged paying OneTouch bribes.
Faizi, who also co-founded The Beauty Institute, which is based in Melbourne, did not respond to requests for comment.
OneTouch was founded by Tony Faizzini in 2010 and is based out of Melbourne.
The company has also been sued by the Malaysian government for paying bribes to win a $6 billion government contract.
